For Lisa Sledge, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about relationships, trust, and guiding clients through meaningful life transitions. After two decades in ministry leadership, Lisa transitioned into real estate, first as a home staging specialist. Her natural eye for design helps sellers present their homes at their best, and today that same instinct continues to benefit her clients. As a full-time agent, she has built a successful business rooted in her strong local network, deep knowledge of the Bryan-College Station market, and a reputation for delivering a high level of care and service.
A longtime resident of Bryan-College Station, Lisa has called the area home since graduating from Texas A&M University in 1999. She and her husband, Toby, have spent nearly 30 years raising their three children here—Colson (Class of 2024), Georgia (Class of 2028), and Juliet, who has special needs and participates in a work program within the school district.
Lisa is known for her highly relational approach. Whether working with first-time buyers, clients navigating life transitions, or Aggie parents and investors, she prioritizes building lasting relationships and creating a personalized experience tailored to each client.
Outside of real estate, Lisa is actively involved in mentoring college girls and serving the special needs community. She is especially passionate about Beloved & Beyond, a special needs camp that is meaningful to her family. A portion of each transaction she completes is donated in support of this organization.
