Craig Hollinger joined GreenPrint in late 2016. He brings a passion for encouraging people to fulfill dreams – of home ownership, personal potential and long-term financial security. He entered the real estate field three years ago, learning the business with Century 21 and Zweiacker & Associates. Craig excels at building rapport. He simply enjoys getting to know all kinds of people on a genuine level to best match their wants, goals and needs with the right property for investment, business or daily living. He has specialized in residential real estate, but looks forward to gaining experience in commercial sales.
Craig began his real estate career after 12 years in nonprofit service with the Arts Council of Brazos Valley and in hospitality. Several projects he’s most proud of include turning the downtown Bryan Kyle House into an art gallery, helping to fund community theaters, museums, and historic sites, and serving on community boards, such as WorldFest and Texas Reds. This community is thriving. As a licensed real estate agent, Craig relishes helping others discover the vibrancy of the Bryan-College Station community that his family calls home.
Craig is married to his college sweet-heart, Kelli. Like many, the Hollinger’s moved to area for graduate school at Texas A&M University, planning to stay only briefly. Instead, they planted roots, started a family and built careers. Kelli is director of the Center for Retailing Studies at Texas A&M. She teaches marketing at Mays Business School, and enjoys career coaching with her students. Their 6-year-old daughter, Maryanne, is a musical performer, Star Wars aficionado and math whiz. Craig is an overall sports fan, but soccer is his long-time love. The son of Scottish immigrants, he practiced soccer with his older brother since learning to walk, eventually receiving a scholarship to play at Millsaps College and qualifying for preOlympic trials. Today, however, he’s more focused on coaching Maryanne’s soccer team, and polishing his golf game. He’s also a master of the backyard smoker, recently perfecting his techniques for chicken, brisket and even duck.
